Frequently Asked Questions

You can keep the cards for as long as you want. In most cases, there is no time limit on borrowing the cards. You will need to send cards back if you are planning on changing or canceling your subscription or if we request the cards to be sent back.

The credit system is simple. Each subscription tier gives you a speified amount of credits. You can use the credits to borrow cards. Each card's credit value is shown on the library page. You can return a card at any time and its value will be credited back into your account. You can keep track of your credit limit and your card limit through the Dashboard.

The number of cards that you can borrow, and their credit limits are based on the subscription tier you've purchased. Once you've purchased a subscription, you can go to your Dashboard to check your limits.

No, you can't exceed your borrowing limits.
